- Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
- Support, motivate, lead, and supervise bar team members in daily operations
- Assist in developing and maintaining training programs to ensure high standards of professionalism
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and humidor
- Contribute to the creation and development of beverage menus and cocktail offerings aligned with brand standards and guest expectations
- Provide guests with knowledgeable and helpful guidance on all beverage menu items
- Ensure accurate stock control, maintain par levels, and place orders as needed
- Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards
- Uphold impeccable bar presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
- Ensure proper use of glassware and stemware in line with company standards, including polishing and bar stock management
- Demonstrate knowledge of European bottle service, Champagne service, and high tea service standards and presentation
- Maintain strong expertise in premium spirits, wines, and beers
- Possess full knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods
- Previous experience in a bartending leadership or supervisory role is required
- Mixology training or certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including premium liquor, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
