Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop the HR department.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and employee retention.
- Develop service culture and employee engagement.
- Implement internal rules, HR policies and labour discipline.
- Develop motivation, KPI and performance review systems.
- Support department heads in people management.
- Oversee HR administration in line with local labour legislation.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR or Senior HR Manager.
- Experience in a large company with at least 100 employees.
- Hospitality, restaurant or service industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, motivation, performance management and labour discipline.
- Knowledge of labour legislation and HR administration.
- Fluent Russian.
- English: Intermediate or higher.
- Citizenship of Uzbekistan or CIS countries.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
