YOUR NEXT ROLE

As our Senior QE Automation Engineer, you’ll be at the center of building the high‑performance testing systems that power Acclaro’s global AI-enabled platforms. This is a hands‑on, impact-heavy technical role where you’ll design intelligent automation, engineer systems for massive scale, and ensure our platforms stay fast, reliable, and resilient as they support customers around the world.

You’ll bring an AI‑first mindset, turning modern testing tools and automation into force multipliers for engineering productivity. If you thrive in complex distributed environments, enjoy solving performance puzzles, and want to help shape how a global platform scales, this role is built for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and evolve AI‑augmented test automation suites that accelerate creation, maintenance, and execution of tests.
• Develop robust, scalable end‑to‑end automation frameworks for web apps, APIs, and microservices.
• Design and execute advanced load, stress, and performance tests to ensure the platform scales reliably across global regions.
• Validate LLM and RAG‑driven features with targeted methodologies that measure accuracy, reliability, and output quality.
• Implement automated gates within CI/CD pipelines to strengthen continuous delivery and engineering efficiency.
• Use APM and observability tools to monitor system performance, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Continuously streamline workflows by automating repetitive tasks and optimizing processes for team-wide impact.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have 6+ years of hands‑on QE experience with deep expertise in frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
• Bring strong performance engineering experience using tools such as JMeter, Locust, or K6.
• Are AI‑native and already use AI tools to support coding, test generation, data creation, or analysis.
• Are comfortable navigating .NET, Python, SQL, microservices, and queueing systems like RabbitMQ.
• Believe quality is a shared responsibility and consistently advocate for performance, security, and reliability from the start of the SDLC.
• Take pride in building systems and workflows that scale your own impact and the team’s productivity.

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Bring experience with AWS/Azure and understand how cloud infrastructure impacts performance at scale.
• Have worked within global content workflows or localization environments.
• Have experience in SOC 2 or GDPR environments and know how to automate compliance checks.
