We’re looking for aSenior Technology Project Managerto strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery and Stakeholder Coordination
- Support the delivery of technology and digital transformation projects from planning through execution;
- Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
- Help translate business needs into clear project actions and priorities;
- Track progress, timelines, and project deliverables;
- Provide updates and maintain effective communication across stakeholders.
Solution and Delivery Support
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support solution implementation and project outcomes;
- Contribute to process improvements and delivery efficiency;
- Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle;
- Stay informed on technology and digital transformation trends.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including consultants, analysts, developers, QA, and client stakeholders;
- Support alignment between business objectives and project delivery;
- Contribute to a collaborative and delivery-focused team environment.
Governance and Delivery Practices
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid depending on project needs);
- Monitor timelines, scope, and project priorities;
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Consulting, Business Analysis, or related roles;
- Experience coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Interest in technology, digital transformation, and business process improvement;
- Ability to work across both business and technical environments;
- Exposure to Agile delivery practices will be considered an asset;
- Experience in client-facing environments will be considered a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
