Role Summary

We are looking for aSenior Front-End Developer with solid experience in React.js to join our distributed engineering team. You will take ownership offront-end architecture and implementation, collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to buildperformant, scalable, and visually engaging web applications.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring other developers, and is passionate about building high-impact digital products with exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of front-end features and UI components usingReact.js.

  • Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.

  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high-quality, scalable codebase.

  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI issues.

  • Mentor mid-level and junior developers within the front-end team.

  • FollowAgile methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

  • Document components, functionality, and style guidelines as needed.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ usingReact.js.

  • Strong knowledge ofJavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Experience withstate management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

  • Familiarity with component libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind, or Chakra UI).

  • Experience integratingRESTful APIs.

  • Version control experience withGit.

  • Solid understanding ofAgile development practices.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively inEnglish (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience withNext.js,TypeScript, ortesting frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

  • Experience with Angular will be valued.

  • Knowledge ofA/B testing,CRO, orweb performance optimization.

  • Familiarity withFigma or design handoff tools.
