Microsoft Copilot Studio-Senior Developer

We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents (PVA)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational experiences usingMicrosoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
• Build complextopics, actions, workflows, variables, plugins, and custom extensions in Copilot Studio.
• Architect end-to-endCopilot-powered solutions usingPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder).
• Integrate Copilot solutions withAzure services,API Management, external systems, and enterprise data sources.
• ImplementHuman-in-the-Loop (HITL), escalation paths, fallback logic, and advanced conversation orchestration.
• Optimize bot performance usinganalytics, telemetry, usage data, and conversational metrics.
• Develop and reviewcustom connectors,Azure Functions,Logic Apps, and integration frameworks.

• Minimum 3-5 years of total work experience required
• Min 2 years hands-on in Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA.
• Strong expertise inPower Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Solid experience integrating solutions usingAzure Integration Services (Azure Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
• Strong understanding ofLLM-driven bots, prompt engineering, generative AI features, and custom plugin design.
• Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Bot Framework (advantageous, not mandatory).
• Ability to design scalable, secure Copilot solutions followingcenter of excellence (CoE) best practices.
• Experience withALM, Git integration, environment management, and solution deployment in Power Platform,
• Strong communication and client-facing experience for requirement gathering and solution workshops.
