What You Will Do

• Deliver Empowering Instruction: Provide targeted, high-quality training in Math, Reading, and high school completion courses tailored to individual student goals.
• Drive Academic Achievement: Develop personalized student plans, monitor progress through comprehensive case management, and ensure students meet or exceed program benchmarks.
• Integrate Applied Academics: Collaboratively infuse core academic concepts into vocational curricula to enhance real-world learning and student success.
• Foster a Professional Environment: Maintain an organized, respectful, and safe classroom; model and hold students accountable to professional dress and behavioral standards.
• Uphold Data Integrity: Manage sensitive student data with absolute confidentiality, ensuring strict adherence to the US Department of Labor (DOL) and corporate guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: A valid in-state teaching certificate or certified waiver.
• Mindset: Strong commitment to student accountability, professional ethics, and data integrity.

Preferred:

• Advanced Degree: Master's degree in education or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience teaching or working within the Job Corps system.
