🌟 We’re Hiring: Psychological Therapies Team Manager

Permanent, Full Time

£40,000-£45,905 dependent on experience

Homebased with occasional office visits

Are you passionate about delivering quality outcomes across low intensity services? We’re looking for a Psychological Therapies Team Manager to support, guide and mentor our team of psychological wellbeing practitioners, ensuring they're working to clear capacity and demand metrics, whilst maintaining a high level of clinical quality and safety.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Low Intensity Manager. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Low Intensity team, providing supervision, support and development to ensure high performance and staff wellbeing.

  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring effective management of caseloads, waiting lists and capacity while maintaining high clinical quality and safety standards.

  • Provide clinical leadership, including supervision, risk management, and support with complex cases and treatment decisions.

  • Drive service improvement and performance, using data, audits and collaboration with senior leaders to enhance outcomes and grow the service.

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Qualified psychological wellbeing practitioner, registered with BPS or BABCP.

  • Experience in clinical supervision

  • Experience managing clinical teams

  • Experience within IAPT services
