TheCampaign Engineis a completelynew productwithin About You'sRetail Mediatech stack. Its mission: enable self-service campaign management for Retail Media Partners, giving them direct access to AY's unique loyalty frameworks:Missions & Coupons. As thefirst QA Manager on this team, you'll build the quality assurance foundation from the ground up in agreenfield environment, setting the testing strategy, processes, and tooling that will grow with the product.

• Design and implement the QA strategy from scratch: define the testing approach, tooling, and processes for a brand-new product
• Set upmanual testing frameworks for both API/backend and web UI layers of the campaign management platform
• Perform and coordinatemanual and exploratory testing for campaign flows, edge cases, and partner-facing features
• Work closely with thePM and engineers to understand requirements anddefine test coverage early in the development cycle
• Take ownership ofbug management: triage, prioritise, and track issues through to resolution
• Act as thequality advocate in a cross-functional product team

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance, testing and debugging of frontend applications (JavaScript) in big scale projects
• Proficient inmanual testing techniques, includingexploratory and destructive testing, as well asautomated testing
• Familiarity with process and ticketing tools such asJira and Confluence, enabling effective collaboration and organisation
• Solid understanding ofAPI testing andbackend service testing
• Strong knowledge and experience with testing tools, particularlyTestRail, for efficient test management and reporting
• Ability to quicklygrasp complex technical systems, allowing for efficient testing and debugging activities
• Detail-oriented approach to testing, with a strong focus on test case design as well as business value and user experience of software
• Passion for deliveringinnovative features quickly while maintaininghigh reliability standards
• Experience working withagile methodologies and implementing aquality mindsetin an agile environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in English,demonstrating proficiency inboth speaking and writing
• You focus on the details but always keep the business valueof the software in mind
• You are aself-startercomfortable building thingswithout a blueprint
