As aSoftware Developer at ABF you’ll be joining a close-knit development team of around nine developers and will work in a dedicated sub-team. You will play a key role in building high-quality software solutions that power our internal and external operations. Working closely with your team, you’ll transform business needs into clean, efficient, and scalable code - while ensuring everything is well-documented and thoroughly tested. You’re not just writing code; you’re building and maintaining the systems that power our daily operations, while helping the business scale and grow.

You’ll work on meaningful roadmap projects driven directly by the business, while also improving and extending existing features - from adding smart functionality to optimizing workflows. What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain custom-built applications, contributing tobi-weekly release cycles.

• Review code and provide constructive feedback to help elevate the whole team.

• Refactor and optimize existing code to enhance performance and reduce technical debt.

• Solve daily challenges, balancing short-term fixes with sustainable long-term solutions.

• Translate user stories into clear development tasks and writecomprehensive unit tests.

• Proactively propose improvements to architecture and system design, collaborating with the IT Manager or Team Lead.

Who You Are

• Minimum8 years experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Developer.

• Skilled inHTML, CSS, C#, SQL, Blazor and .NET Core/.NET 10.

• Experienced withAzure DevOps or similar platforms.

• Knowledge ofMicroservices,Kubernetes, and preferablyMicrosoft Azure.

• Fluent inEnglish, both spoken and written.

• You thrive in anAgile environment.

• You’recommunicative, analytical, andwell-organized - a true team player.

• Salary€ 4.500 – € 5.200 gross per month (full-time, depending on experience and education).
