Production Manager (Print Production & Operations Management)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedProduction Manager to oversee end-to-endprint production workflows and operational processes. This role is responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards ofquality, color accuracy, and production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managingproduction teams, print workflows, scheduling, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and documentjob workflows and production instructions for print operations
• Create and manageproduction schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all projects
• Oversee all projects fromstart to finish, ensuring deadlines, quality, and cost targets are met
• Supervise and assign work to theproduction team, ensuring efficient workflow distribution
• Maintain a strong eye forcolor accuracy, print quality, and production consistency
• Managepackaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation for all deliverables
• Overseeshipping logistics, tracking, and coordination of outbound materials
• Source, evaluate, and qualifynew print materials, substrates, and production supplies
• Conductresearch and development (R&D) for new production processes and workflow improvements
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implementeffective problem-solving solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improveefficiency, output quality, and operational performance
• Maintain production tracking and reporting usingMicrosoft Excel and related tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inProduction Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as aProduction Manager or in print production/operations leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with experience managingproduction teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellentcommunication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and production management tools
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus onquality assurance and color accuracy
