Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: #LI-hybrid

• Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.

• Prepares / supports in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.

• Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization

• Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales team/local business to obtain better future results.

• Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Previous experience not required (but must be a graduate profile).

• Microsoft 365 and Power BI knowledge will be valuable.

• Team oriented mindset, resilient and accountable.

• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
