Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with Aanaab's brand and marketing strategy.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and optimize high-converting landing pages for different campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign elements.
  • Optimize the customer acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion performance.
  • Build and manage B2B lead generation campaigns targeting schools and enterprise clients.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Configure and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and related platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to measure KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate attribution across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance against CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI targets.
  • Continuously improve campaign efficiency through data-driven optimization.
  • Ensure marketing investments contribute to sustainable business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teams to align campaign execution with business priorities.
  • Support sales teams by improving lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Share performance insights and recommendations with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
  • Previous experience within EdTech, SaaS, Technology, or Digital Services is preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Budget planning and performance optimization expertise.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.

  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
