Job Overview

We are looking for an experiencedManager – Quality Assurance with strong expertise inPLM testing, test automation, and quality engineering to lead the strategy and execution of software quality initiatives supporting enterprise engineering and manufacturing platforms.

In this role, you will provide technical and strategic leadership forPLM platforms, web applications, enterprise integrations, and automated testing solutions. You will help establish scalable test strategies, improve automation maturity, drive quality metrics, and enable continuous testing through modern CI/CD practices.

You will also have the opportunity to explore and implementAI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, predictive quality analytics, and self-healing automation to transform software quality and testing practices.

This role is ideal for a quality engineering leader who enjoys combiningtechnology, automation, data, innovation, and people leadership to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

What You Will Do

• Lead thetest strategy, automation strategy, and quality engineering practices for PLM platforms and associated engineering, manufacturing, product-data, and enterprise integration processes.
• Define and implement scalableend-to-end testing strategies across applications, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Lead testing initiatives for PLM platforms such asPTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, SAP PLM, or comparable technologies.
• Drive automation using modern frameworks and tools such asTricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, Robot Framework, Postman, and Rest Assured.
• Integrate automated testing intoCI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar technologies.
• Establish and continuously improvetest automation frameworks, standards, reusable components, and engineering practices.
• Lead testing across modern web applications, including:
  • User interface testing
  • Browser compatibility
  • Accessibility
  • APIs
  • Microservices
  • Cloud platforms
  • Third-party integrations
• Establish effectivetest management and defect management practices using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, qTest, Zephyr, or Xray.
• Define and trackquality KPIs, automation metrics, testing maturity, productivity, and automation ROI.
• Build and leverage quality dashboards usingPower BI, Tableau, Jira dashboards, Azure DevOps Analytics, Splunk, ELK, or similar platforms.
• Identify opportunities to applyAI-assisted testing, generative AI, intelligent test automation, self-healing automation, predictive quality analytics, and AI-based test optimization.
• Drive performance and load testing using tools such asNeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or equivalent technologies.
• Establish effective practices fortest-data management, service virtualization, and environment management.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, manufacturing, and business teams to identify quality risks and improve overall product quality.
• Ensure testing and quality practices align withsecure software development, compliance, data privacy, and regulated-industry requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to quality engineering and automation teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture ofquality, innovation, accountability, and engineering excellence.

Qualifications You Must Have

• 12+ years of relevant experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
• Strong experience leadingtest strategy and automation for PLM platforms or enterprise engineering applications.
• Experience with one or more PLM platforms such as:
  • PTC Windchill
  • Siemens Teamcenter
  • Dassault ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE
  • Aras Innovator
  • SAP PLM
  • or comparable PLM platforms.
• Strong experience testingweb applications, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on or leadership experience with automation frameworks such asTricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, Robot Framework, Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
• Experience integrating automated testing intoCI/CD pipelines.
• Experience withAzure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with test and defect management tools such asJira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, qTest, Zephyr, or Xray.
• Experience defining and trackingquality metrics, automation KPIs, testing maturity, and automation ROI.
• Experience creating and using quality dashboards with tools such asPower BI, Tableau, Jira dashboards, Azure DevOps Analytics, Splunk, or ELK.
• Strong understanding ofsoftware quality engineering, test strategy, automation architecture, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working withcloud-based applications, SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, test-data management, and environment management.
• Strong understanding ofsecure SDLC practices, compliance controls, data privacy, and regulated-industry quality expectations.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or another relevant STEM discipline.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• Typically requires aUniversity Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
