HOW BEING A PROJECT INTEGRATORWILLMAKE AN IMPACT?

The Sponsor has multiple application teams supporting a portfolio which is the central repository for all Sponsor’s created applications. The Sponsor provides state of the art systems on cloud and applications based on products such as AWS, Oracle, SharePoint, and other web-based solutions. The Sponsor requires support to assist in the planning and oversight of project deliverables, to gather, analyze and compose technical information into user stories, and prepare slides to brief project status for Sponsor or at high-level staff meetings. The Sponsor also requires part-time Contractor support to troubleshoot and resolve Customer issues.

The portfolio contains a custom production application that has a central repository for the search and discovery of internal document sensitive data and associated artifacts. It also contains a custom production application which provides workflow and research with the ability to review, disposition, build a profile and update or nominate candidates to other Partner organizations, as well as a knowledge management tool which stores products in a centralized repository making it easy for search and discovery. The Contractor shall work closely with multiple application teams; however, the Sponsor project manager will manage the priorities.

Required Experience:

Demonstrated experience with resource planning, analysis, preparation of management plans, and reports.
Demonstrated experience with project planning such as creating and maintaining a project plan and schedule.
Demonstrated experience with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point to produce reports, status updates and project related documentation.
Demonstrated experience using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
Demonstrated experience serving as scrum master for 2 or more IT development projects to include facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other activities as needed for Scrum-related meetings.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of grooming backlog.
Demonstrated experience working on a major application overseeing O&M activities.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with cloud technology.
Demonstrated experience with effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Desired Experience:
Demonstrated experience assisting the PM with assessing, documenting, and tracing new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
Demonstrated experience leading system implementation, defining process improvement, or identifying further methods to improve the efficiency of manual processes.
Demonstrated experience in obtaining Sponsors authentication and accreditation certification for systems with highly sensitive data.
Demonstrated experience operating within the life cycle management process when implementing changes in technology.
Demonstrated experience with proven IT Application Customer support experience within the Sponsor’s organization.
Certification(s)
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Safe Agilest (SA), or AWS Cloud Practitioner

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Location: Mclean, VA **Position is currently located in McLean but will move to Chantilly early 2027**

The likely salary range for this position is $162,037 - $219,227. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
