Software Engineer - UI, React, UX

Scope:

• UI Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of user interfaces while mentoring junior developers.

• Responsibilities involve crafting responsive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align UI design with business objectives.

Our current technical environment:

• Software:Java, GIT, ANT, Hibernate, Rest API, ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Javascript

• Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, secure multi-tenant monolithic architecture

• Cloud Architecture: OCI

•  Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, RDBMS, ANT, GIT, Jenkins

What you’ll do:

• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code using languages and frameworks such asHTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.

• Provide expertise inUI/UX design principles, focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.

• Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality and bug-free interfaces.

• Document all technical aspects of UI development, including design decisions, user flows, and code structure.

• Lead and mentor junior developers in UI best practices, coding standards, and effective design techniques.

• Review and approve code submissions, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, minimizing bugs, and optimizing performance

• Ensure the UI adheres to the latest web standards, including security best practices and performance benchmarks

• Lead efforts to adopt new front-end technologies, tackle complex design challenges, and drive continuous improvement in the UI development process

What we are looking for:

• 2 – 5 Yrs of experience with expertise in HTML, CSS, React, Javascript & Bootstrap

• Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality and bug-free interfaces.

• Document all technical aspects of UI development, including design decisions, user flows, and code structure.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to ensure UI solutions meet functional and aesthetic requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
