ServiceNow Administrator (Warsaw)

Cronos Europa is looking for an experiencedServiceNow Administrator to support a long‑term project within a large European public‑sector IT environment,onsite in Warsaw, Poland.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs in a complex IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform (ITSM and related modules)
• Ensure platform performance, availability, and security
• Support upgrades, fixes, and continuous improvements
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support integrations with external systems (REST, LDAP, SSO, Web Services)
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and SOPs

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
• Minimum5 years of IT experience, including2+ years as ServiceNow Administrator
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, and integrations
• Knowledge ofMariaDB
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD or equivalent)
• English levelB2 or higher
