Role Overview
We are seeking aSenior Manager, Digital Platform Strategy & Execution to lead strategy and delivery ofshared digital capabilities across Healthspire’s portfolio.
This role sits at the center of business, product, technology, and clinical teams—owninghow strategy translates into execution across programs. You will drive alignment across stakeholders, shape platform direction, and ensure delivery of high-impact capabilities supporting multiple products and partners.
Success in this role requires adisciplined operator—someone who bringsstructure, prioritization, and execution rigor to complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing demands and hard timelines.
What You’ll Do
1. Platform Strategy & Portfolio Alignment
- Define and evolve the strategy forshared digital capabilities (e.g., assessments, engagement, workflows) across multiple programs
- Align business priorities, clinical needs, and technical constraints into acoherent, multi-product roadmap
- Support enterprise initiatives such as vendor integrations, platform migrations, and new program launches
2. Execution & Operational Rigor (Core to Role)
- Ownend-to-end delivery across initiatives, ensuring alignment, timelines, and dependencies are actively managed
- Establish and driveoperating cadence (roadmaps, backlog prioritization, cross-team updates, executive reporting)
- Bringclarity to ambiguity—breaking down complex problems into actionable plans with defined ownership
- Manage cross-functional coordination across 50+ stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure high-quality execution inregulated environments (e.g., healthcare, HIPAA-compliant workflows)
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Data Science, Operations, and external vendors
- Act as acentral point of coordination across programs to ensure consistency and scalability
- Drive decision-making and resolve tradeoffs across competing priorities
4. Product & Capability Delivery
- Translate business needs intoclear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Oversee delivery of digital capabilities from concept through launch and optimization
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards
5. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Interface with senior leadership to provideclear, concise updates on progress, risks, and decisions needed
- Drive alignment across stakeholders with differing incentives and timelines
- Ensure transparency and accountability across all workstreams
6. Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track success metrics across adoption, engagement, and operational performance
- Identify improvement opportunities across workflows, user experience, and delivery processes

Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management or platform delivery roles
- 5+ years of direct team management experience
- 5+ years working in technology space with a focus on healthcare
Preferred
- Experience leadingcomplex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated track record of drivingexecution across multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or population health platforms
- Experience withplatform/shared capabilities vs. single-product ownership
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, clinical workflows)
- Experience working with external vendors, integrations, or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of agile delivery, product development, and UX principles
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.Â
