Job Description

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Directs tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload distribution is equitable and efficient.
Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides feedback to drive individual and team performance.
Evaluates operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
Implements strategies and initiatives to optimize productivity, minimize errors, and reduce costs.
Analyzes operational issues or bottlenecks, taking appropriate corrective actions.
Generates regular reports and presentations on operational performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Coaches less experienced staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Leads and supervises a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Prior Relevant Work Experience
0-2 years

Essential Qualifications
Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Working knowledge of business intelligence
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
