Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Company Driver

Estimated Weekly Pay: ~$1,798/week ($93,500+/year base) + Quarterly Bonus

Pay & Revenue Details

• Base Mileage Pay: $0.70 CPM ($1,798 weekly gross)
• Weekly Mileage: 2,568 miles (Exact 642-mile round trip, 4 times per week)
• Quarterly Bonus: Additional $0.05 CPM on all paid miles upon reaching 27,000 miles in a quarter (~$1,350 extra payout every 3 months)
• Status: W-2 Company position (No Lease Purchase on this lane)

Route & Schedule

• Lane: Dedicated point-to-point round trip between Lakewood, NY and Chillicothe, OH
• Freight: Manufacturing components; pre-loaded  with empty return racks or paid backhauls
• Home Time: Home weekly for rest resets
• The Advantage: Lock in a guaranteed, repeatable routine running the exact same lane 4 days a week while stacking high CPM miles and safety/production bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Must reside within commuting distance of Columbus, OH
• Valid DOT Medical Card and acceptable motor vehicle report (MVR)
