About the Position

TheTraveling Superintendent will oversee modular multifamily and single family construction projects, providing hands-on leadership fromframing through finish.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong technical construction knowledge and the ability to coordinate in-house employees, subcontractors, materials, and production schedules. The ideal candidate is a proven residential construction leader who can travel and adapt quickly to different project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations from framing through final finish.
• Lead and coordinate in-house employees and subcontractors.
• Manage daily production, manpower, materials, and workflow.
• Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and productivity.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues quickly.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Enforce safety and quality standards throughout construction.
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction to project teams.
• Coordinate with project management and company leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and production efficiency.
• Travel to project locations nationwide as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience required.
• Significant experience withsingle-family or multifamily residential construction.
• Mountain building experience is a plus.
• Previous Superintendent or similar leadership experience.
• RBC experience/knowledge required.
• Strong technical understanding of residential construction from civil, sitework through finish.
• Experience managing both employees and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced construction operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Willingness and ability totravel in Colorado
