AsManager Charging & Billing, you will own the technology landscape across Charging, Rating, Mediation and Billing platforms within Jazz’s BSS ecosystem. You will drive platform governance, modernization, performance and lifecycle management while enabling new products, revenue streams and operational efficiencies.

You will work across Technology, Commercial, Enterprise, Digital and external partners to evolve critical platforms and deliver reliable charging and billing capabilities at scale.

What you’ll own

• Own theend-to-end lifecycle, roadmap, governance and architecture of Charging, Rating, Mediation and Billing platforms.
• Driveplatform optimization, modernization and transformation to improve performance, scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.
• Ensureavailability, reliability, capacity planning, security and disaster recovery readiness across business-critical platforms.
• Lead majorupgrades, migrations, transformations and modernization initiatives.
• Enablenew products, services, bundles, promotions, tariffs and enterprise offerings through timely charging and billing capabilities.
• Partner with Commercial, Enterprise and Digital teams to supportnew product launches, revenue streams and evolving charging models.
• Managestrategic vendors and system integrators, ensuring performance against SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements, security standards and organizational policies, while supporting internal and external audits.
• Act as thetechnology focal point for Charging & Billing initiatives, requirements and strategic decisions.
• Drive adoption ofindustry best practices and telecom standards across the Charging & Billing ecosystem.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Bring7+ years of IT/DBSS management experience in the telecom industry, with strong exposure toBSS platforms.
• Hold aBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Have hands-on experience inCharging, Mediation, Rating and Billing systems.
• Bring strong technical knowledge ofBSS Charging & Billing platforms and telecom standards includingTM Forum, eTOM and SID.
• Have experience withITSM and project management frameworks, includingITIL and Agile.
• Demonstrate stronganalytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership and team management skills.
• Thrive in afast-paced, high-pressure environment.
