Project Manager

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experiencedProject Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyse and document key business processes related to budget planning, budget monitoring, budget execution and financial reporting.
• Assess and optimise procurement, purchasing, contract management and invoice management processes.
• Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, work instructions, templates and checklists.
• Define governance structures including roles, responsibilities, approvals, ownership and escalation mechanisms.
• Perform process risk assessments and develop process-risk-control mappings and risk and control matrices.
• Establish and enhance internal control frameworks, control documentation standards and evidence requirements.
• Review control effectiveness, identify weaknesses and recommend control improvements and remediation actions.
• Develop control testing methodologies, compliance review approaches and reporting mechanisms for risks, controls and process performance.
• Establish audit readiness practices, including audit finding tracking, action management processes and audit evidence repository structures.
• Deliver workshops, documentation and knowledge transfer activities to ensure ongoing ownership, maintenance and continuous improvement of the framework.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline; alternatively, equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or related consulting roles.
• Professional certification in Project Management or recognised methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent
• Proven experience in analysing, documenting, reviewing, and improving business processes, procedures, controls, and operating models.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting IT implementation projects, business transformation programmes, or organisational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, internal controls, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in complex business and technology environments.

Advantageous:

• Experience with risk and control frameworks, audit management, compliance programmes, or process governance initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.
• Experience leading teams and facilitating workshops, training sessions, or knowledge transfer activities.
• Strong commercial, financial, business, and stakeholder engagement skills.
