You Have:

• Cleaning experience
• Self-Motivation
• Ability to safely use lawn care equipment
• Ability to safely use snow removal equipment
• Previous experience with basic residential maintenance
• Ability to safely use power tools, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
• Available nights and weekends for on-call
