We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Manteno, United States location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules to optimize routes and minimize delivery times
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of shipments throughout the delivery process
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, timelines, and any potential delays
• Analyze delivery data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement solutions to resolve customer concerns promptly
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including documentation and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Utilize delivery management software and GPS tracking systems to monitor fleet performance
• Ensure all deliveries meet quality standards and company policies
• Prepare reports on delivery performance and provide recommendations for operational efficiency

• Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management
• Strong proficiency with delivery management software and tracking systems
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliveries efficiently
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations
• Knowledge of route optimization and fleet management principles
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Preferred: Experience with GPS technology and logistics analytics
