Senior Full-stack Developer (C#, .NET Core, React)

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high quality applications. You will apply your deep expertise to define architectural blueprints and develop viable solution options, ensuring they align with defined functional and non-functional requirements. You will play a key role in governance and quality control, actively guiding peers on best practices, and ensuring robust technical planning. Crucially, you will collaborate directly with other cross-functional technology teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of full-stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Technical Excellence by architecting, building, enhancing, and maintaining complex full-stack applications while proactively evaluating and integrating new technologies.
• Ensure Code Quality and Stability through rigorous code reviews and maintaining a stable, high-performance development and deployment environment.
• Full-Cycle Ownership including the analysis of business objectives to define and refine detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and Implement end-to-end technical solutions for both functional and non functional needs, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and Deploy high-quality, production-ready software solutions with comprehensive test coverage and minimal supervision.
• Master Cloud Architecture by designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and fault-tolerant applications within the AWS ecosystem, leveraging technologies like C#, .NET Core, Node.js, and React.
• Establish DevOps Pipelines by setting up and managing critical AWS resources, automating processes via CI/CD, and utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Mentor and Elevate junior and mid-level engineers by providing technical guidance, code assistance, and actively fostering their growth.
• Champion Collaboration by working proactively as part of a highly collaborative Agile team, supporting shared goals and influencing technical direction.
• Communicate and Influence clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, articulating insights, technical plans, and ideas to cross-functional teams and management.
• Own the Service Lifecycle (Build it, Own it, Run it) by taking end-to-end responsibility for the reliability, monitoring, and operational health of deployed services.

• Strong proficiency with the following languagesC#, .NET core, React.
• 6+ years of experience in the IT industry, including at least2 years delivering distributed solutions.
• Good knowledge ofMicroservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Ability to design and build API-based and distributed, cloud-native solutions withAWS
• Experience working withRDBMS(Postgres or SQL Server)
• Experience working with automated testing frameworks
• Experience working with performance test automation tools
• Strong understanding of best practises, design patterns and standards
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Risk management and incident management knowledge.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies, such asHTML5 and CSS3 and React.
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• AWS certifications (nice to have)
