Role Overview
As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and directing patient care services within our department. You will support the Director/Nurse Manager by assisting in budget management, quality improvement programs, staffing, regulatory compliance, and policy development. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and the professional growth of our team.

What You Will Do
- Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, quality improvement programs, and staffing levels.
- Support the establishment and achievement of departmental goals, objectives, and regulatory compliance.
- Help evaluate and discipline personnel to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Two years of RN experience.
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
- Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.
