• Analytical Problem Solver: You go beyond addressing immediate issues by identifying root causes, evaluating long-term solutions, implementing corrective actions that improve reliability and efficiency.

The Day-to-Day:

• Lead and superviseMaintenance techs,MRO, and Facility helpers on shifts.
• Plan,prioritize, andcoordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Supervise maintenance personnel in completing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
• Overseeon-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Driveworld-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance withLockout Tagout (LOTO) for safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge ofquality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Excellentjudgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability tomulti-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
