Position Details

• Position: Roll Off Driver
• Pay:$25+ per hour (DOE)
• Start Time: 5:00 AM
• Schedule: Local routes –home daily

What You’ll Be Doing

As aRoll Off Driver with Waste Connections, you will:

• Safely operate aroll‑off truck servicing commercial and industrial customers
• Deliver, swap, and remove open‑top containers and compactors
• Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)
• Secure loads properly and operate hoist and cable systems safely
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and the public
• Complete other job‑related duties as needed

What We Need From You

• ValidClass A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• 2+ years of local driving experience (roll‑off experience preferred)
• Strong safety focus and reliability
• Comfort working independently in a production‑driven environment
