About the RoleÂ
The Benefits Division Operations Coordinator plays a central role in keeping the SPG Benefits Division running smoothly. This position supports divisional leadership and cross-functional business operations through CRM and reporting management, data analysis, event coordination, and executive scheduling. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can move seamlessly between strategic projects and day-to-day operational support.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Maintain and update divisional level CRM platforms including Salesforce and Monday.com dashboards across the Benefits Division businessesÂ
- Manage and maintain divisional level Monday.com boards and reporting for all Benefits Division business unitsÂ
- Perform data manipulation, analysis, and reporting to support leadership decision-makingÂ
- Prepare monthly Benefits Division scorecards and send to SVP, Growth Strategy Officer for distributionÂ
- Support event planning and preparation for divisional webinars, summits, and meetingsÂ
- Manage calendars and scheduling for the Benefits Divisional President and SVP, Growth Strategy OfficerÂ
- Serve as a coordination point and liaison between SPG Marketing and Benefits Division businessesÂ
- Track and update cross-divisional OKRs for the full Benefits Division as directed by SVP, Growth Strategy OfficerÂ
- Support additional operational and administrative projects as neededÂ
QualificationsÂ
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar coordination-heavy roleÂ
- Experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or Monday.com) preferredÂ
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reportsÂ
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlinesÂ
- Comfortable working with data — including manipulation, formatting, and visualizationÂ
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environmentÂ
- Experience preferred in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Â
- Experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is a plus but not requiredÂ
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
