NBCUniversal est à la recherche d’un(e) concepteur(trice) senior(e) UI/UX pour diriger la conception d’interfaces utilisateur élégantes et centrées sur le joueur. Ce rôle combine la réflexion UX et l’esthétique UI. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’établissement des fondations des systèmes UI qui évolueront avec le projet et l’équipe. 

Responsabilités : 

• Concevoir des maquettes UX, des parcours utilisateur et des mises en page interactives à l’aide de Figma 
• Créer une direction visuelle UI avec des guides de style et des maquettes 
• Collaborer avec les concepteurs, les ingénieurs et les artistes pour intégrer des fonctionnalités UI/UX alignées sur les objectifs de gameplay et de narration 
• Soutenir l’intégration et le mentorat des futurs concepteurs UI/UX 
• Maintenir une forte attention à la convivialité, à l’accessibilité et à la réactivité tout au long du processus de développement 
• Assimiler des concepts complexes et les simplifier en une expérience utilisateur intuitive et facile à découvrir 

NBCUniversal is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of elegant and player-focused user interfaces. This role blends UX thinking and UI aesthetics. You’ll be instrumental in establishing the foundations for the UI systems that will scale with the project and the team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design UX wireframes, player flows, and interactive layouts using Figma 
• Create UI visual direction together with style guides and mockups 
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and artists to integrate UI/UX features that align with gameplay and narrative goals 
• Support onboarding and mentorship of future UI/UX designers 
• Maintain a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness throughout the development process 
• Ingest complex concept ideas and simplify it to a discoverable and intuitive user experience 

Qualifications de base 

• Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en développement de jeux, avec une forte spécialisation en conception UI/UX 

• Maîtrise de Figma pour créer des maquettes de mises en page, de parcours et d’interactions 

• Capacité démontrée à concevoir des maquettes artistiques UI et à créer des guides de style 

• Maîtrise des principes d’utilisabilité et des normes d’accessibilité 

• Aider à établir des lignes directrices et des standards pour le langage visuel au sein des produits et entre les lignes de produits 

Caractéristiques recherchées 

• Expérience en leadership ou en mentorat d’équipes de conception UI/UX 

• Familiarité avec l’animation UI et l’éditeur de matériaux 

• Connaissance des pipelines de localisation, des systèmes de mappage de contrôleurs et des exigences de certification des plateformes 

• Expérience dans la livraison d’interfaces UI sur plateformes PC et console 

• Familiarité avec la recherche utilisateur, les entrevues et les tests 

• Familiarité avec Unreal Engine 5+ et ses systèmes Blueprints et UMG 

Exigences supplémentaires 

• Poste hybride (minimum de 3 jours par semaine au bureau) 

• Situé à Montréal, Canada ou prêt à s’y relocaliser 

Basic Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on UI/UX design and implementation 

• Strong proficiency with Figma to build wireframes of layouts, flows and interactions 

• Demonstrated ability to mockup UI art and create style guides 

• Proficiency with usability principles and accessibility standards 

• Help establish guidelines and standards for visual language within and across product lines 

Desired Characteristics 

• Experience leading or mentoring UI/UX design teams 

• Familiarity with motion design, UI animation, and material editor 

• Exposure to localization pipelines, input mapping systems, and platform certification requirements 

• Experience shipping UI across both PC and console platforms 

• Familiarity with user research, interviews and testing 

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5+ and its Blueprint and UMG system 

Additional Requirements: 

• Hybrid position (minimum 4 days per week in office)
