The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, deeply practical, and energised by taking manual processes and transforming them into scalable, AI-powered ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design AI-assisted research, reporting, content creation, and workflow solutions.

  • Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI solutions based on user feedback.

Dashboards, Insights & Intelligent Reporting

  • Enhance executive dashboards through automation and AI-driven insights.

  • Shift reporting from descriptive to insight-led analytics.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or redesign business processes.

  • Experience with generative AI, automation platforms, and data visualisation tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
