Develop at Ubisoft is a mentorship program for students and recent graduates (with less than two years of experience) looking to grow their skills in Game Design, Audio, Programming, or Cybersecurity.Â
This initiative supports individuals from genders historically underrepresented in gaming and STEM. Â

Develop at Ubisoft is one of several talent programs we offer to engage and support different audiences across the industry. Â
Please note: this program is a mentorship program and is not tied to any hiring process.Â
From January to May 2027, selected mentees will work on a project based on a given theme. They will be mentored by volunteer Ubisoft developers, including from our mobile studios, who will provide feedback and guidance throughout the mentorship to help them develop their own personal project.Â
In theProgramming track, you will develop and submit a game using either C++ or C# with a freely available development tool, such as Unity for mobile.
Eligibility criteria:Â
At least 18 years oldÂ
Currently enrolled in studies, or graduated in Spring 2024 or laterÂ
Fewer than 2 years of professional experienceÂ
Legally entitled to work in the country of applicationÂ
Applications may be submitted to only one location Â
Individual entries only – team entries will not be considered
Additional criteria for Toronto applicants:Â
Must be a student or recent graduateÂ
Must be a resident of OntarioÂ
Must have attended a recognized school, college or university in OntarioÂ
