What We Offer
AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:
- Estimated salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
- Commissions for new leases and renewals.
- An Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working.

What You Will Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
- Drive occupancy, revenue, resident retention, and customer satisfaction while consistently achieving community performance goals
- Own the community's financial success, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic leasing, marketing, and resident experience initiatives that maximize performance and resident loyalty
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience by fostering a service-driven culture and building strong resident relationships
- Ensure operational excellence through strong execution, compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards
What You Have
- Proven success leading a multifamily community or customer-focused business with responsibility for team performance, resident satisfaction, and financial results
- 4+years of experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another service-driven industry, including2+years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and recognition
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and achieving operational goals
- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting resident relationships
- Results-driven leader who leverages sales strategies, performance metrics, and market insights to maximize community performance
- Experience with property management systems such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Flexible availability to work a typical schedule ofTuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
