POSITION OVERVIEW: 

TheFull ServiceCar Wash Attendantis responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the car wash facility, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, andmaintaining a clean and organized work environment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: 

• Greet customers andassist them with selecting theappropriate car wash service. 

• Operate car wash equipment and machinery effectively and safely. 

• Perform thorough pre-wash inspections on vehicles toidentify any existing damage. 

• Use cleaning agents and tools to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from vehicles. 

• Dry vehiclesusing towels or air-drying equipment. 

• Performadditional services such as waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning as requested by customers. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including cleaning equipment, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies. 

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a professional andtimely manner. 

• Keepaccurate records of transactions andmaintain a secure cash register. 

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers. 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Valid driver's license may berequired based on assigned work location 

• High school diploma or GEDrequired. 

• Previous experience ina customerservice role preferred 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects 

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

• Knowledge of car wash equipment and cleaning techniques preferred 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

Mustmaintain standards required by company’s insurance requirements tooperate customers vehicles at car washlocation. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS 

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also berequired. 

REASONING ABILITY 

Ability to applycommonsense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
