About The Role

• You establish and maintain thecentral overview of the Rx B2C portfolio, includinginitiatives, objectives, owners, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
• You further develop thePMO rhythm and prepareportfolio reviews, monthly business reviews, SteerCos, and ad hoc decision forums in a structured way.
• You translate complexproject and portfolio information intomanagement-ready decision materials with clear messages onprogress, risks, trade-offs, and required actions.
• You ensure thatKPIs, reporting logic, definitions, and ownership are transparent and regularly updated.
• You supportstrategic prioritization, business cases, and portfolio decisions throughstructured analysis, market understanding, and commercial interpretation.
• For selectedpriority initiatives, you take on the role ofPMO Lead or Business Owner and ensure clearscope, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and escalation paths.

About You

• You have at leastthree years of experience inPMO, portfolio management, project management, consulting, business operations, or a comparable coordination role.

• You understandmatrix organizations and feel comfortable in environments withmany stakeholders, high pace, and complex dependencies.

• You workanalytically, structurally, and solution-oriented, and you can turn many individual inputs intoone clear overall picture.

• You have a good understanding ofKPIs, performance steering, business cases, controlling logic, and commercial trade-offs.

• You communicateclearly, reliably, and with the right level of detail for your audience, especially when information needs to be brought together fromdifferent teams.

• You caninfluence without direct authority, build trust, and follow up consistently.

• Experience inhealthcare, digital health, e-commerce, regulated environments, or data-driven commercial steering is a plus.

• You speakfluent English and German.
