🔧 About the Role

Pete’s RV Center is seeking ahigh-performing Service Advisor who cancontrol the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position will also assist with Internal Service Advisor tasks.

This is not an order-taking role—this is asales-driven position where you are responsible for:

• Driving revenue through service recommendations
• Managing customer relationships
• Owning the repair process from start to finish

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments andcontrol daily workflow
• Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)
• Present and sellrecommended services and repairs
• Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines
• Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history
• Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers
• Secure approvals andclose sales opportunities effectively
• Ensure all work is properly documented and completed
• Resolve customer concerns and maintaintop-tier CSI scores
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills

• Proven ability or desire tosell in a service environment
• Strongcommunication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Confidence working in acommission/performance-based role
• Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
• Proficiency withcomputer systems and dealership software
• Validdriver’s license with clean driving record

💡 Automotive, RV, or Service Advisor experience is a plus—but we will train the rightmotivated, sales-driven candidate.

• Work outside for periods of time to assist with unit deliveries
