Job description

We are looking for a skilledĀ Data EngineerĀ with strong experience inĀ AWS, SQL, Snowflake, BI Connector to snowflake migration. The candidate will be responsible for building data pipelines, migrating BI workloads to Snowflake, optimizing data solutions, and ensuring seamless connectivity between BI platforms and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalableĀ ETL/ELT data pipelinesĀ using AWS services and Snowflake.
  • PerformĀ BI/reporting migration to SnowflakeĀ and support end-to-end data migration activities.
  • Design and optimize data models, SQL queries, and Snowflake workloads.
  • Configure and troubleshootĀ BI connectivity with SnowflakeĀ (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
  • Implement Snowflake best practices for performance, security, and cost optimization.
  • Troubleshoot data pipeline failures and production issues.
  • Collaborate with BI teams, architects, and stakeholders for successful delivery.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience withĀ Snowflake Data Warehouse.
  • Strong SQL and data engineering skills.
  • Experience withĀ AWS services:
    • S3
    • AWS Glue
    • Lambda
    • IAM
    • CloudWatch
  • Experience in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data migration.
  • Experience integrating BI tools with Snowflake using connectors (JDBC/ODBC).

Good to Have

  • SnowPro Core Certification.
  • Experience with Python/PySpark.
  • Experience with Airflow, Databricks, or Terraform.
  • Snowflake performance tuning and optimization experience.
