Job Description
1. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage medium to large-scale mechanical design teams, undertake annual plans and operational priorities, and be responsible for performance evaluation and career development of junior supervisors and professionals.2. Technical Culture and Knowledge Transfer: Establish a technical culture, encourage innovation and knowledge sharing, and enhance the overall technical maturity of the team.3. Mechanical Design and Development: Lead the appearance, structure, and material design of network communication and automotive electronics products, use CAD software for design and simulation, and ensure outcomes meet functional, cost, manufacturing, and reliability requirements.4. Design Review and Standards Formulation: Participate in design reviews and technical standards formulation to ensure design consistency and quality stability.5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Technical Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers, product managers, manufacturing teams, etc., participate in requirements specification and feasibility assessments, and promote integration of the development process.6. Problem Solving and Quality Verification: Evaluate and resolve technical issues during the design process, conduct design verification and testing, and ensure product quality meets standards.7. Project Management and Resource Control: Develop and execute design project plans, manage design resources and budgets, control costs, and improve resource utilization efficiency.8. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Promotion: Introduce new materials and processes, drive process optimization and design innovation, and enhance product differentiation and market competitiveness.9. Technical Documentation and Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain design technical documents, promote knowledge management and technical transfer.
