OD & Performance Intern

• Support the input and review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation.
• Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational practices.
• Review KPI inputs from users and assess their alignment with the respective role’s job description and responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and structuring organizational documents and charts
• Interested in Organization Development and Performance Management.
• Able to work collaboratively and handle administrative/documentation tasks carefully.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
