Position:Management Systems Auditor
Salary:Competitive basic salary based on experience, plus company car, incentive bonus & great benefits package
Location: Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and South Birmingham
About the Auditor role:
As a BSI Auditor, no two days are the same! You'll meet a wide range of clients, from small independent businesses to large global superbrands. You will act as a trusted partner to your clients, supporting them through their audit process with us to achieve their ISO certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client systems and processes against ISO standards.
Prepare accurate, detailed assessment reports and clearly communicate findings and recommended corrective actions.
Provide meaningful client feedback, demonstrating strong commercial and operational understanding.
Maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging approach throughout all assessments.
Essential Experience:
To meet regulatory requirements, you will have experience or qualifications in theconstruction and/or manufacturing industries with a good working knowledge of quality, environment and health & safety management systems and auditing, such as:
Qualification in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering, or
Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 with two years of work experience involving management systems in the sector
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Full and valid UK driving licence
In addition, if you also have experience insupplier chain audits, National Highway Sector Schemes (NHSS), or clean/waste water management, we will be very interested to hear from you too.
It is a hugely varied role with the opportunity to assessing and understand all types of clients and each day brings something new. The role is homebased with a blend of travelling to and assessing clients sites and remote auditing.
