CDL-A Local Grocery Driver β Good Pay | Home Daily

Pay Details
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,600β$2,200
- $60β$75 daily rate when all scheduled days are worked
- $20.50β$22.50 stop pay, based on years on the account
- $20/hour safety training pay
- $75 6th-day work bonus on top of regular pay
- Annual pay raises
- Opportunity to earn$95K+ by consistently working additional 6th days
Job Details
- Deliver groceries using53' or 48' dry van trailers
- Multi-stop routes, typically2 loads per day
- Usually1β3 stops per trailer
- Deliver toLong Island and NYC boroughs except Manhattan
- Drivers can expect NYC deliveries approximately5 times per week
- Pick up salvage and return product as required
- May handle backhauls to the distribution center
- Additional second loads may be assigned when hours permit, typically in NJ
- NYC training provided to help drivers become comfortable with the routes
- Consistent freight with 24/7 office support
Shift Details
- Home Daily
- FridayβTuesday
- Start time:10:00 AM
- 12β14 hour shifts
- 6th-day work available for additional earnings
- Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's: Off
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum3 months of truck driving experience
- Personal transportation to and from work daily
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP Drivers
- Strong customer service skills
