Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3– 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation and customer services preferred
• Experience scheduling delivery appointments preferred
• Familiarity with retail customer portals such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s
• Experience working with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
