Mechanicial Integrity Engineer / Ingenieur Integrite

• Plan and supervise integrity inspection programs for pressure equipment, piping, tanks, pipelines, and structures.
• Implement and maintainRisk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs and inspection strategies.
• Supervise visual inspections, NDT, corrosion monitoring, and thickness measurements.
• Analyze inspection results, degradation mechanisms, and remaining equipment life.
• Recommend and follow up repairs, replacements, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicableAPI, ASME, ASTM, ISO, and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead or support failure investigations,RCA/FMEA, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Maintain integrity data and records inCMMS/AIMS/SAP and prepare technical reports and KPIs.
• Provide technical support and leadership to inspectors and integrity technicians.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, HSE, Engineering, and Reliability teams.
• Prepare scopes of work and technical specifications for repair activities.
• Support tendering, contractor selection, and supervision of mechanical/metallurgical repair works.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, digitalization, predictive inspection, and asset integrity optimization.

• Engineering degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Mechanical, Materials, Structural, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum5 years’ experience in mechanical integrity, inspection, maintenance, or mechanical engineering, preferably inOil & Gas or industrial environments.
• Proven experience inRBI, pressure equipment, piping, corrosion, NDT, and integrity assessment.
• Strong knowledge ofAPI, ASME, ASTM, and ISO standards.
• API 580/510/570 and/orASNT Level II/III certifications are an advantage.
• Experience withCMMS/AIMS/SAP or equivalent systems.
• Strong analytical, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command ofEnglish and French, written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Strong commitment toHSE, safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Willingness to travel to remote and/or offshore industrial sites.
