• Collaborate with functional experts to continuously develop and improvelearning solutions and global leadership programs.
• Support theimplementation and coordination of international talent and leadership development programs, events and workshops, including training design, participant and trainer communication, and logistics.
• SupportMETRO Potentials, our global graduate talent program, from designing learning elements and coordinating stakeholders to managing communications and following up on participant development.
• Collaborate with teams acrossMETRO countries and entities to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience.
• Supportinternal marketing and communication of our learning portfolio in cooperation with Employer Branding, while managing training data and reporting in the Learning Management System.

• You are currentlyenrolled at a university and excited about learning, leadership and people development.
• You are astrong communicator in English and feel comfortable collaborating in an international environment.
• You bringcuriosity, creativity and a hands-on mindset and enjoy turning ideas into engaging learning experiences.
• You arewell organized and reliable, able to coordinate different stakeholders and keep track of multiple activities.
• You are acollaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, confident using digital tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.

• Work-life balance: Flexible working hours -  up to 20 working hours/week - with the option of mobile working in agreement with your line manager, prorated holidays earned based on your contract and working time.
