Change Manager

These are 12-month maximum term positions, with a possibility of extension based on project needs,  performance and portfolio requirements.  Â
What will you be doing? Â
Leading the planning, development, and execution of change initiatives to support program outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies. Â
Developing and foster a culture of change management across delivery teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and building maturity in change practices. 
Planning, developing, and delivering comprehensive Change Management Strategies and plans. Â
Creating, documenting, and implementing effective Communications to support change initiatives. Â
Providing expert advice on change management delivery approaches, tools, and techniques to support the programs or operational initiatives. Â
Conducting assessments to identify areas for training, communication, and other change interventions to facilitate readiness and overcome resistance. Â
Assessing and addressing employee readiness for upcoming changes, identifying gaps and developing action plans to close them before strategic initiatives roll out. Â
Delivering change management outputs that meet project, portfolio, and executive requirements, tracking progress against success metrics. Â

What are we looking for in you? Â
Proven experience in leading and implementing change within diverse organisations, across a range of business requirements.Â
Experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Â
Expertise in developing and delivering multi-channel communications tailored to different audience needs. Â
Ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments, making decisions and driving initiatives despite ambiguity.Â
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, works collaboratively to deliver customer-centred outcomes, and takes a proactive, action-oriented approach that adapts effectively to changing priorities and operational demands.Â
Qualifications in Change Management discipline or methodology is desirable but not essential.Â
