The Corporate Project Manager designs and implementsprogrammes that support the development of future Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) in line withorganisational strategy. Consults with management on planning, development and evaluation of initiatives while coordinating activities related to project execution, performance appraisal, and career development.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across countries and at regional (EMEA) levelÂ
- Support business growth through new initiatives, value creation and continuous improvementprogrammesÂ
- Track and drive value-based projects, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelinesÂ
- Maintain structured project documentation and reporting standardsÂ
- Collaborate closely with CAMs, acting as a key support partner to enhance strategic focusÂ
- Engage with senior stakeholders and multiple functions across theorganisationÂ
- Contribute ideas for processoptimisation andorganisational improvementÂ
- Act as a strong team player within the broader commercial groupÂ
- Work on high-impact projects involving key customers and strategic accountsÂ
- Exposure to senior leadership and European-level stakeholdersÂ
- Opportunity to interact across countries and functionsÂ
- Contribute to initiatives within FABS and other critical business areasÂ

RequirementsÂ
- Early-career professional with strong development potentialÂ
- Solid project management skills and structured way of workingÂ
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesÂ
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (not on a weekly basis)Â
- Ability to work across different countries and culturesÂ
- Experience or exposure to Continuous ImprovementProgrammes (CIP) is an advantageÂ
- Industry experience in either Paper, Water, Chemicals (at least 3 years)
