🚀 Drive commercial growth in Food Safety consulting

Diversey Consulting is looking for aBusiness Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth across theDACH region.

This is ahybrid role combiningtechnical expertise in food safety withcommercial leadership. You’ll work closely with major food organizations, helping them design and implement world-class solutions—while driving revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.

🎯 What you’ll be responsible for

  • Drive business growth across the DACH region, owning pipeline, revenue and results
  • Develop and execute acommercial strategy to expand Diversey Consulting’s footprint
  • Identify and buildstrategic partnerships within the food industry
  • Leadconsultative sales processes, from needs assessment to solution design and closing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients (Quality, Operations, Food Safety leaders)
  • Own regionalP&L performance and business outcomes
  • Coordinate and managedelivery teams (consultants, partners, laboratories, etc.)
  • Ensure successfulexecution of client projects

👤 What we’re looking for

✅ Must-have:

  • University degree inFood Safety, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Veterinary Sciences or similar
  • Strongtechnical understanding of food safety and operations
  • Fluency inGerman and English

✅ Experience & mindset:

  • Experience inbusiness development, sales, or consultative roles
  • Strongcommercial mindset with the ability to translate expertise into business opportunities
  • Ability to assess client needs and proposetailored, value-driven solutions
  • Natural relationship builder with strongcommunication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing bothclients and cross-functional delivery teams
