• 디스플레이 패널, 터치 센서, 커버 글라스 기술 개발 및 양산 적용 
• 기술 요구사항 분석, 제품 아키텍처 설계 및 성능 최적화 
• 공급업체 기술 협의 및 신규 공급업체 개발 
• 프로젝트 일정, 비용, 품질 및 리스크 관리 
• 고객 및 유관 조직과의 기술 커뮤니케이션 
• 엔지니어링 산출물 및 기술 문서 작성 

[자격요건]
• 전기전자공학, 기계공학, 광학공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상의 학위 소지자
• 전자·전장 제품 개발 경력 3년 이상 (경력에 따라 Senior/Lead급 채용 가능) 
• 디스플레이 패널, 터치 센서, 커버 글라스 등 디스플레이 기술 및 제조 공정에 대한 이해 
• 기술 요구사항 분석, 제품 개발, 설계 검토 및 문제 해결 경험 
• 프로젝트 일정, 예산, 자원 및 리스크 관리 역량 
• 고객, 공급업체 및 유관 조직과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량 
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능 및 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 자

[우대사항]
• 자동차용 디스플레이, 터치 패널 또는 광학 부품 개발 경험 
• 광학 측정 및 디스플레이 성능 평가 경험 
• 디스플레이 구동 회로 및 인터페이스, 마이크로프로세서 기반 설계 경험 
• FMEA, EMC 및 Automotive Quality Standards 적용 경험 
• 신규 공급업체 개발, 공급업체 품질관리 또는 원가/구매 협업 경험 
• 기술 문서 작성, 이해관계자 관리, 프로세스 개선 경험 
• 디스플레이 관련 산업 표준, 인증 및 규제 요구사항에 대한 이해 
• 글로벌 고객 또는 해외 공급업체 협업 경험
• 중국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
