The Commercial Lines Property Casualty Broker Underwriter Drive growth and retention by managing broker and carrier relationships, servicing a current book of business, developing new market opportunities, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance and confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service.Ā 

Ā Ā 

How You Will Contribute:Ā 

  • Build agent and broker relationships.Ā 

  • Manage current book of business.Ā 

  • Provide excellent customer service.Ā 

  • Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets.Ā 

  • Effectively manage carrier relationshipsĀ 

  • Provide guidance and training to Assistant BrokerĀ 

  • Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained.Ā 

  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and proceduresĀ 

  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skillsĀ 

  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentialityĀ 

  • Other duties as neededĀ 

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:Ā 

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in Commercial Multi-Line InsuranceĀ 

  • Sales and production driven mentalityĀ 

  • Experience working in a paperless environment preferredĀ 

  • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-taskĀ 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Ā 

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Pay Range

$75,000 - $100,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourlyrate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
